Local Centre at Kingsgrove, Wantage Completes

We’re proud to announce that Practical Completion has been achieved on our latest Local Centre development at Kingsgrove, Wantage! This milestone marks the successful delivery of a vibrant and functional community hub, designed to bring essential retail, and other service offerings to the heart of the neighbourhood.
With a focus on accessibility, high-quality finishes, and thoughtful design, this centre will serve as a key amenity for the growing local population. The scheme consists of a convenience store, café, fish & chip shop and one other ancillary unit, along with a 6,000sqft children's day nursery. The Midcounties Co-operative were our partner on this one and have recently opened their convenience store which is trading well.
