We’re pleased to announce the exchange of contracts and the grant of planning permission for a new Sainsbury's convenience store at Upper Outwoods, Burton upon Trent.
This development represents the first phase of the wider local centre and is an important milestone in bringing forward new amenities for the growing community. Secured from Persimmon Homes, the scheme comprises a 4,000 sq ft convenience store with 15 customer parking spaces.
