Exchange of Contracts with Persimmon at Corby

LSP Developments Ltd have successfully exchanged contracts with Persimmon Homes for our Local Centre site at Weldon Park, Corby.
The development, which is due to start on site later this month, will be anchored by a Sainsbury's Local convenience store, supported by Esquires Coffee, Rumbles Fish and Chips and Golden Scissors Barbers.
We also have included 2 electric vehicle charging points, let to the Evyve Charging Network.
