Local Centre at Heathcote Square Completes

LSP were delighted to see the practical completion and attend the grand opening of the Heart of England Co-operative convenience store at Heathcote Square, Warwick. Along with the convenience store, there are 4 ancillary retail units to include a dentist, pharmacy, fish & chip restaurant & pizzeria. These operators are currently fitting out and hoping to open in the next month or two.
The scheme has already won many plaudits, not least from the local community. The next phases of the local centre to include the nursery which is currently being fitted out; and care home will be soon to follow. Many thanks to everyone involved along the way to include; L&Q Estates, Heart of England Co-operative Society Ltd, Harris Irwin Architects, Keller Construction, Carl Dean Associates, CJO Project Management, Pegasus Group and Warwick District Council.
