Works on Programme at Warwick

Our Lower Heathcote Neighbourhood Centre development at Warwick is progressing well on site with the first phase expected to open in early 2022. The Local Centre includes a Heart of England Co-op convenience store, together with four ancillary retail units together with a purpose-built children’s day nursery for Little Pioneers. A 75 bedroom care home operated by Cinnamon Care Collection is scheduled to be completed in the early part of 2023.
