Land Purchase at Leighton Buzzard

We have successfully completed the purchase of a Local Centre site at Leighton Buzzard from Redrow and simultaneously completed the forward fund investment deal with Prideview.
Working alongside Midcounties Co-op again, we will be providing a convenience store, along with a Fish & Chip shop. We are looking to commence works on site next month, with practical completion due 6 months later.
