Local Centre secured in Wootton, Bedfordshire

LSP secured the Local Centre site from Persimmon Homes on their development at Berryfields, Wootton, Bedfordshire. LSP will be delivering a circa 4,500sqft convenience store for Sainsbury's along with 3 ancillary units to include a Pharmacy, a Fish and Chip Shop and a Hairdressers. Works are due to start on site on the 27th August 2019.
