Planning Submitted for Mixed Use Development in Swadlincote

LSP have been working with South Derbyshire District Council on a new mixed use scheme on Darklands Road, Swadlincote. for which a planning application has been recently submitted. The scheme includes for a pub and restaurant operated by Marston's Inns and Taverns, a KFC fast food restaurant and drive-thru, plus a residential care home with 15 supported living apartments. The new development will create jobs and vibrancy in the local area.
