LSP secured the opportunity by way of competitive tender from Swindon Borough Council. The site was a high profile former Public House site, earmarked for a new local centre to reprovide the existing 'Sussex Square' which was ailing.

The development was delivered on time and on programme and was testament to the partnership formed between LSP, the Council and end-users. The new Local Centre has been well received by the surrounding community and trades well.
