LSP Schemes in Bedfordshire

LSP's activity in Bedfordshire continues as our Stewartby scheme has reached Practical Completion and the Wootton scheme has started on site. Both schemes have been worked up alongside Persimmon Homes.
Stewartby is anchored by Midcounties Co-op and Dominos, both of whom will be looking to open early in 2020.
The Wootton development, being built by Colonial Construction, is anchored by Sainsbury's and will also incorporate a pharmacy, fish and chip shop and hairdresser and is expected to be completed in March 2020.
