Impressive Line Up of Tenants at Kingsmere Village Centre, Bicester

LSP secured the local centre site from Countryside earlier this year and the project is progressing well, with completion due for the end of the year. The tenants that will be opening to the public in early 2019 include Mid-Counties Co-op, Busy Bees Nursery, Starfish (Fish and Chips), Domino’s Pizza, Haart Estate Agency, and a Hairdressers.
Ed Sutton, Managing Director of LSP Developments, said: “The Village Centre at Kingsmere has a high quality, contemporary design, which will enhance the area and create a place for the local community to shop, eat and meet. The prominence, accessibility and car parking that are already included made it easy for us to find interested parties who will do very well from being centrally located in Kingsmere.”
