Following appointment in December 2006, LSP in conjunction with Assura have now developed the new Medical Centre. After years of looking for a viable site, LSP secured the subject site from Bellway Homes, which whilst challenging in terms of size and topography, has enabled us to deliver this fantastic facility for the Portway Surgery and the Cwm Taf University Health Board, not to mention the surrounding community.
The building will serve as a beacon of healthcare for many years to come and is a true example of good partnership working between LSP and its partnership team, along with the Health Board/GPs and Bridgend County Borough Council.
Andrew Scott completed the building works on programme and to a very high standard.
