Won in an open market bidding process, LSP purchased the site on an unconditional basis from Countryside Properties PLC. Whilst the scheme already had detailed consent, this was with office accommodation at first floor, which LSP were able to convert to 9 one and two bedroom apartments.
All retail units were let by Practical Completion and LSP worked closely with Countryside, as they were responsible for delivering the Community Centre which shared the car park with the Village Centre; to jointly achieve a now well used hub for the new Kingsmere Development of nearly 3,000 new homes.
