LSP secured this site via competitive tender through Miller Homes. The development consists of circa 900 new dwellings, a local centre, extra care facility, primary school and a Park & Ride for the nearby train station.

We worked in conjunction with Central Co-op to develop a scheme consisting of a convenience store and 5 ancillary retail units to serve the local community. There is also a vacant parcel which will be transferred over to the Council for them to provide a Community Centre which will be a benefit to the overall scheme.
