We are pleased to announce that LSP developments and Central England Co-operative have been appointed by Endurance Estates to deliver the much-needed Orchards Green Local Centre, which will be situated opposite to the Isle of Ely Primary School, School Road, Ely. It is intended the site will provide for the following uses.

  • Community Hub.
  • 10,000sqft Foodstore, with 3 ancillary retail units.
  • Children's Day Nursery.
  • Retirement Living Facility for the over 55’s.
  • Appropriate parking, access routes and landscaping.

It is very much intended for it to be a well-designed, vibrant Community facility to serve the immediate residential catchment, providing much needed amenity and employment.
