LSP Developments Limited was established in 2003 by Ed Sutton and Phil Lilley. Both are experienced in various forms of development, however with very different backgrounds; professional chartered surveying on one hand and construction /project management on the other, providing a strong foundation from which the company has successfully evolved.
Generally, the principle focus of the business is within the healthcare sector, where we have a large amount of experience in delivering highly technical developments on behalf of GP Practices, Primary Care Trusts, Health Boards, Foundation Trusts and other additional stakeholders.
In 2005, we moved to centrally based offices at Ashby de la Zouch, enabling LSP to service clients in all localities.
Phil and Ed’s original forte was within the mixed use sector and through the provision of new health facilities, they have re-established themselves as a leading neighbourhood centre developer. There are direct parallels between the sectors and the economies of larger schemes can ensure successful delivery of developments that are otherwise unviable.
