We have a small team of dedicated development managers who each focus on two key areas.

Front-end procurement – not only securing opportunities but building relationships and working closely with the many stakeholders involved in a project.
- Delivery – we have specific team members working on a project, responsible for liaising with the end-users, the main contractor and our consultant team; ensuring the new buildings are delivered on programme and to the requisite quality.
Support – The development team are ably supported by an administration team, ensuring strong communication, which together with good financial management, ensures our projects run smoothly. As we work as a close team, we pride ourselves on our communication skills and a clear flow of information throughout the project.
Testament – Our achievements over the years are a testament to the individuals who make up the LSP team. We are straightforward to deal with, transparent and honest about what can or cannot be delivered. The development process is more often complicated rather than straightforward, however, complications can only be overcome by working closely and sharing our experiences throughout the whole process.
