LSP Developments Limited was established in 2003 by Ed Sutton and Phil Lilley. We are based in Ashby de la Zouch in the heart of the National Forest. Whilst both having track records in various forms of development our backgrounds are very different; professional chartered surveying on one hand, construction and project management on the other. This blend continues to be a solid combination.
Our business is principally focused on the healthcare sector, where we have a large amount of experience in delivering highly technical developments across the country on behalf of GP Practices, Primary Care Trusts, Local Health Boards, Foundation Trusts and other additional stakeholders.
We are however, finding that more opportunities are mixed use developments and as such, we also procure care home, residential and retail schemes, often complementing the healthcare elements.
