We have recently submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of the Lord Rodney in St George’s Bristol, to provide a 4000 sq ft convenience store for Southern Co-op, in conjunction with on-site car parking. It is hoped that consent will be forthcoming in autumn 2011, with works commencing on site immediately thereafter.
Furthermore, LSP in conjunction with Assura have worked up a small local centre scheme adjacent to the Gresleydale Doctors Surgery on Castleton Park, Church Gresley, Derbyshire. Terms have been agreed with Sainsburys to anchor the centre, with Barnardos looking to secure one of the other units. A planning application has been recently submitted for the development, to which we envisage obtaining consent prior to Christmas.
