LSP were appointed by South Staffordshire PCT as 3PD partner to provide a new integrated Primary Care Centre, focused around the reprovision of the existing Wood Street Surgery.
The site selected for the facility is on Main Street, Branston, a village identified by its need for improved primary healthcare to support a growing population. LSP completed a 2-storey building with the clinical rooms at ground level and administration at first floor level. Assura Property, who own the new centre, have also provided 30% fitted out expansion space, future-proofing the building for the duration of the lease and beyond.
The Pharmacy is fully integrated and was secured by Assura Pharmacy. They strive to work with the practice to provide a quality service and improve the patient pathway.
The development was completed in September 2006 and was fully operational by October.
